Well if that is true both 360 and PS3 owners will be getting there racing fixes this holiday season. Lets hope this holds true. I will be getting both titles, so bring it on.

Doubt it.

Look at Sonys line up for the holidays, Ratchet and Uncharted in late oct/nov and GT5 late nov early dec.

With GOW3 and Heavy Rain conveniently coming in 2010.

I'll stick to Forza 3 thanks!

Do you see Forza anywhere in this thread? Is there anyone arguing about GT and Forza? Is Forza in the title or the OP? Do you own a PS3? Have you ever played a GT game?

Seriously, GTFO.

I trust it. I fact I predicted it. I have numerous posts where I say GT5 will be released in November 2009 in time for GT2 and GT4's 10th and 5th anniversaries. Who was it that said my predictions are worthless?

lol, people believe it? so:
- we didn't have any statement or announcement from sony and we know how sony is announcing games months before release giving us atleast quarter of the year game would be released,
- on E3 sony announcend release dates for games like Heavy Rain, God of War etc. for Q1 2010 so why they didn't announced GT5 Nov 2009 release?
- we got only cgi trailer(not even gameplay trailer) on E3 and still no announcement yet they announced release date of GT Portable),
- PD has been working mainly on GT Portable in the past few months,
- it took them 3 years to release demo and now after less than 2 years we will have full game?

really, how can i doubt an online shop.

Looks reliable. However, GT5 would have to face MW2, and it's own brother( GT PSP).

- on E3 sony announcend release dates for games like Heavy Rain, God of War etc. for Q1 2010 so why they didn't announced GT5 Nov 2009 release? Leipzig and TGS would be better places for a announcement
- we got only cgi trailer(not even gameplay trailer) on E3 and still no announcement yet they announced release date of GT Portable), See above. Leipzig and TGS should fix this.
- PD has been working mainly on GT Portable in the past few months, According to some people like STAGE, they have been working on GT5 since the ice-age
- it took them 3 years to release demo and now after less than 2 years we will have full game? But Prologue is all they wanted to release, they could of had more stuff to give but didn't want to as it would take away from the full game.

really, how can i doubt an online shop. I don't know. Your points suck though.
TGS

I'd say the Japanese launch would avoid whatever date FFXIII is launching in.

In case of the West this would be one epic line-up

October 27 - Gran Turismo 5
November 3 - Bioshock 2
November 10 - Modern Warfare 2
November 17 - Assassin's Creed 2

Actually it is:

10/11 Modern Warfare 2
20/11 Assassin's Creed 2
27/11 Gran Turismo 5
4/12   Uncharted 2: Among Theives (possibly)

That is a little busy for me...

Wait let's see. I'll assume the 27th is a Friday and since America is allergic to Fridays they will get it on the 24th

making the US list look like this

3/11 - Bioshock 2

10/11 - Modern Warfare 2

17/11 - Assassin's Creed 2

24/11 - Gran Turismo 5

then I go on drooling:

20/10 - Splinter Cell Conviction

27/10 - Uncharted 2

and you've got 6 weeks of utter destruction

Add to that Tekken 6 . Fall 2009 ;)
