I think the PS3 would need more than a $50 price cut.
To answer your question...
If all three consoles were $250 and released on the same launch date with its respective launch games available...that would be a really tough choice to make. I would eventually get all three, but it would be really hard to select which to buy first.
But I Can say that most would have selected the PS3 under those circumstances. The PS3 would be the undisputed victor IF those circumstances existed.
I'm not a fanboy, I just try to tip the balance in favor of logic and common sense.
