Why didn't the boy put the full article? It says 360 version has better anti-aliasing.

I bought Prototype last week for PS3 and I've been quite addicted to the gameplay despite some people's claims that it isn't great. Sure the graphics aren't top notch for the generation, but I have tons of fun stealth consuming people to learn abilities and mowing folks down with tanks and bazookas.

Isn't that pretty much a given? I think in every one of these comparisons, it's like "Blah blah blah minutiae on PS3, blah blah blah minutiae on 360, and there are minor clipping and anti-aliasing issues on the PS3 not present on the 360 version."
Regardless, does this even matter for Prototype of all games? It's not exaclty a graphical masterpiece, and has been panned pretty heavily.
I thought both this and InFamous sucked...

There really isn't much of a point to these threads except to try and assert technical bragging rights for the poster's preferred platform. 99.99% of the actual gaming populous would never even notice these differences while playing the game, but the PS3 was billed as being this great, legendary beast of a console that would stomp any other current-generation console into tiny bits... from a graphical performance standpoint. The sad fact of the matter is that the 360 and PS3 versions of the same game tend to be very similar, graphically speaking, with minor edges given in either direction depending on the title. This seems to be a bitter pill for PS3 fans to swallow, particularly since the cheapest PS3 is twice the price of the cheapest 360.
Personally, I think too many people spend far too much time trying to find some sort of esoteric "edge" for their favorite console instead of just discussing items of interest that are fairly well understood by the gaming public, such as sales volumes, games available, game ratings, etc. But arguing the technical nuances of how many angels can fit on the head of a pin can be amusing at times.

Bad choice of pics if you were trying to make a good case for PS3... The PS3 pic looks blurry.
