And that Kojima isn't director. That the game won't be the same action style. That the games main character won't be snake. and that the dev. team is a new team.

isnt it obvious? their the ones acting like itll be the greatest game ever 'cause 4 was ps3 exclusive and they feel like the stole another game while ignoring the facts.

and you still fail to answer any of my questions. So your big huge problem with this game is because your scared of new things? Seriously? Who cares if its a new team and a new direction its about time MGS gets some new life. MGS4 was incredible for sure but I don't see why anyone would complain about trying new things with beloved franchises. Sure there is the off chance that the game could not be good but do you really think Kojima is gonna put his name on it if he thinks its gonna fail? And just because he's producer and not director doesn't mean a thing because EVERYONE knows this is his series and if it does suck it'll be on Kojima.

Ididn't say it wouldn't be a stealth game. I just said it won't be the same as normal MGS'. It could be like Tenchu and these statements would be correct. "Stealth" "action not like other MGS games" - describes tench too.

I can use a similar argument against you. All I did was let Vetteman know that MGSR is still a stealth game, and not a hack n' slash. I even said that it would be different than the other MGS games in terms of gamepay since Raiden is now the lead. I don't know what you're even arguing with me about to tell you the truth.

That sounds like a spin off to me. Same universe. Following different character. Who has been seen in previous games. Following a different story.... Kinda sounds like... Frasier... That was a spin off of Cheers.

Kinda sounds like...Metal Gear Solid 3, Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker, pretty much the entire Metal Gear Solid franchise after the Metal Gear games...

Yeah, Metal Gear -> Metal Gear Solid. The name change is a clear indication of a spin off in the works.

Metal Gear Solid is not a spinoff of Metal Gear. Spinoffs are not canon to the original series. All of the MGS games are considered canon and part of the series.

The point that I'm trying to make is that we should wait until we know what MGSR is about storywise before labelling it a spinoff.
