If any of you have bought it, can you tell me whether or not the maps are worth the purchase? Are they really good?

I'm also waitin for some more feedback on them. I'm tryin to decide between gettin CoD5 or KZ2's maps.

GG seriously needs to fix one thing though - if you don't have the maps, you can't enter any server that has them in the rotation, even if they arn't being played. I was already getting the "You don't have this mappack" message before, now I'm gonna get it even more =l

Yea thats a very bad thing.. but I can entire the killzone 2 servers fine most of the time

I think the new maps are awesome

The map with the nuke is really a game changer. Each 5 mins you have to get to cover fast or youre gonna get blown up. In various game modes you have to decide wether or not you wanna stay put for those few more seconds or get to cover XD

I haven't played the new maps a lot but from what i can tell they're both awesome


The other map really seems like it's.. Well.. It's just epic. It's got rain and it's so atmospheric and great. The layout is also pretty good from what i could tell (with my 1 playthrough)

I think they're worth it, but its really up to you to make the call. I advise you to check a video of them out on youtube and base your decision off of that.

I like Flash and Thunder better than the first map pack. Definatley worth the price IMO

Ya the new maps are awesome. The environmental effects are top-notch. You can really feel the rain hammering down on the beach head level. Its just like playing a soccer game in a downpour lol. The other map is even better, in a desert kind of level and ya the nuke every 5 mins is a blast literally.
Its in creating these realistic environmental effects truly show off the power of the game.

the new maps are good.

I brought them. I thought Beach Head would be bigger and Southern Hills are crazy cause at certain times you got to take cover from the heat wave thing that comes by and it will kill everyone that don't find cover. The maps are just great.

Didn't know they were out yet, and on that note I'm going to go buy them now :D
