Just a quick question which MMO is worth playing in terms of OVerall....

Trying to decide which one should i start playing..World of Warcraft..or..Lineage2

if you can only choose one MMO between those two which one would it be?

I don't know what's lineage 2, but i can say that WoW it's my favourite online game ever, it's the best if you play it with friends, but it's great also playing lonely, you'll found people on the server in the clans...

Lineage is good, but WoW is better in the long run.

Lineage 2 was a game my friend played for a long time.

WoW can get addictive, so if you are easily susceptible to bad habits, go with Lineage 2.

Heres a better question. What do you like as your "end game content".

Q1
A.) Grinding dungeons for gear and dull repetitive PvP arenas
B.) Partaking in large scale PvP battles to control the land(not instances)

Q2
A.) Relatively well balanced leveling and vast game support in a vibrant world
B.) Ok leveling with a rather bland world.

If you answer 2xA then WoW
If you answer 2xB then Lineage 2
If you answer 1xA 1xB then determine if your a PvP or PvE player.

I love PVP and PVE....question is which games offer "balance" when it comes to characters? I dont want to pvp and already look at "one of th emost powerful characters" :/

WoW pvp has a really good learning curve and you really need to get the proper gear to do it well, on top of having the right build.

That being said, WoW isn't what you would call completely balanced. Every class gets its time to shine every few months or so.

I stopped a few months back after I reached 80. You really need a nice guild to help you quest and raid and stuff to keep you interested.

Does lineage 2 have th esame problem when it comes to characters feelign overpowered? Endgame I also think is very important...does lineage 2 have some like wow? 10-25-40 raids?

Is it more difficult to get gears in WOW then lineage 2 or vice versa?

Wow is the most balanced MMO, even though people complain it is unbalanced.

Some characters are really really good, but generally only in one or two fields.

L2 doesn't have the same kind slope as WoW. Generally you are really limited by the equipment you are carrying rather than your abilities. And in L2, money is usually the deciding factor of how equipment quality. In Wow, it's easy to get "leet" gear, but you never really destroy the competition because of your gear. There is also a fair amount based on skill and spells.

Damm that game must blow then...Its more fun playing a game where u can get gears from money, raids, or pvp can u do that with Wow?
