that first pic did it for me...made it seem like a fantasy...a moon/planet...whichever it is..being able to see it that close and clear....as if it's another floating world within the world....it also has a mystical feel to it as well...

If by crazzyman you mean Nomura then yes crazzyman did say it. If you have watched the Versus trailer we can see an in game cut scene and it does indeed look better than the FFXIII cut scenes. It's pretty darn obvious FFXIII Versus will look better than FFXIII since it is running on Crystal Tools on crack as well as releasing after FFXIII.

Before anyone asks it was in a Famitsu interview last year, dream on if you think I am going to bother finding it.

Those screens don't do the game any justice. I've seen the trailer from the PSN store, and it looks gorgeous.

I downloaded the E3 09 Sony Part 3 conference too see FFXIV in HD, and I almost freakin died. Blows my mind that an MMO can look that good.

Dissidia/FF13 were amazing as well.

have you seen the HD PSN trailer.....I thought not......it shows similar environments in motion, unless you plan to play the game through screenshots, give it the benefit of doubt there

besides these grfx are much better than the ones in that E3 06 trailer (they look awful now

Anyway who is going to import this game? For those who will be waiting for the english version do not worry, I will tell you all what happens at the end of the game well before you all play it. The £ is slowly getting stronger so fingers crossed it will not cost an arm and a leg to import the game.

People can say what they want but graphically the game looks nothing but meh. Obviously graphics are not everything and it is the best looking JRPG until Versus releases however for a franchise which always pushed a console this is poor.

That said I am interested in what the other summons will transform into.
