Extremely.  It's almost as if Atlus designed the series with Wii/DS in mind, because it works perfectly using the touch screen and Wiimote.

Coming from a Sony fanboy most of the time, but I completely agree.

Anyone know if this uses motion+?
Second opinion was great, except for the bomb stage, the only one that uses motion controls, it couldn't recognize sh*t.

I doubt it will. The game is almost completely IR, with a few rare gestures that might use an accelerometer. There's no purpose to requiring gyroscope input unless they plan on exploring some new gesture-based gameplay ideas.
