Forums - Gaming - one tinsy tiny actually huge problem with my digital converter box!

ok, so i setup everything since today is the switch to digital tv so that i can see what new channels i got( a month ago they had crap on it).

now I hooked up my Wii to it.

then i turned it on to test it out.

so after playing around with it for a bit, I figured out that if I can turn off the TV part of it, I can probably play, thing is:

how the @$!# do I turn off the TV so i can play RE4 through again?!?

if it matters I have a Tivax STB-T9 box. hopefully some one else has it.

Around the Network

Wait... they already switched it?

I'm confused. What does the TV converter box have anything to do with your Wii?

I have a Tivax converter box, but I don't think it accepts input signals and it may be a different model. Also, why don't you just plug each in their own independent inputs?

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

I'm not sure I follow you....

You can't play your Wii because of the converter box?

well, it's probably a different model, on the back it has the 2 audio and the video inputs, the sounds overlap for me and the video stays on the TV.

and @JEDE3 yes today was the goodbye day for analog
