This sounds terrible.. but batman is more realistic. It's possible for some crazy billionaire to dress up and fight crime...

In the comics, it was batman who beat darkseid on multiple occaisions while Supes just got his butt whooped

Yeah he's great that's why he has a weakness to a little green stone. Haha what kind of a pussy gets beaten by kryptonite? Plus he's only great because of superpowers. Batman on the other hand is just an extrememly rich and strong guy who made himself into a superhero with his technology.

as a guy who used to read a lot of comics i can remember not just one, but three people kicking the shit out of superman :
Lobo : happened just before death of superman thing. lobo beat the shit out of superman, and threw him into the sun.
Batman : In the Dark Knight Returns set in the future, an old batman teamed up with green arrow and they shot a kryptonite arrow into him, killing him.
Doomsday : Yeh Superman came back after a while, but doomsday literally killed superman of the present day, no problem had.
Last year's game of the year turned out to be Silent Hill : Shattered Memories (online GOTY was COD 6). This year's GOTY leader to me is Heavy Rain.
