That's why they're localizing the onscreen subtitles.  They're just not getting English voice actors.

right, but it'd still be confusing to people who don't know these stuff, it's pretty much established side lore fiction.

I dunno. Sounds pretty lame to me. I actually enjoy hearing English VAs. I got no problem with them. Actually, its kind of lame to hear that there is not going to be any English dubs. This just better mean we get the game faster.
