Actually, the Haloid video is really really old.

They did the number comparison on the Spartan in the video and it's the one from DoA 4, not Master Chief.

Words of Wisdom is correct. There are supposedly a whole lot of Spartans and the model used for the Haloid video comes from the Spartan used in DoA 4 and not any of the actually main Halo games so the Spartan in the Haloid could be a chick and not violate the masculine sanctity that Halo fanboys protect with daft determination.

I have a higher resolution version of Haloid and it's my second favorite fan made movie ever. The word intense doesn't do enough justice to the point it's almost an insult.


As for the IGN poll, I am surprised Samus is winning by such the margin she is though I fully agree that she'd rip Master Chief a new one in a fight.

Girls always win these kind of fights, like I said, we're better gamers and the same applies to the characters in the games, hehe.

We're on a video games sales tracking site here. You should check the numbers before making claims like that.

Metroid franchise sales before MP3 are at 11.5 million, while Halo 1 and 2 sold 14.7 million. Sure Samus has been in a few other games like Super Smash Bros, but I don't count anything as "her game" unless it begins with Metroid. =P

Haloid video's ending is too stupid. Ruins the whole video.
