Gamespot.com just posted a story on this its rumor mill. It said Sony may be releasing a 40gb ps3 for 399 with Spiderman3 for the holiday season. I would be thrilled if it is true. Truth or fiction?

i disagree with both of you.. yes at 399 majority of people would no longer complain about the price but... it needs a hot selling exclusive game this holiday to really get it going and continue going... UTIII?? Uncharted??? Haze??? ratchet and clank??? one of those games has to take off like gears of war did for the 360 last year...

all 4 of those games i mentioned probably are gonna average ratings of at least 80 to 85% or more just based on the companies history in making games... so hopefully that will help..
