Yeah, I have to agree. I can't see myself pay a few more bucks just for DSiWare and a poor quality camera... It's not worth it in my opinion. With that said, I guess it's not worth buying a PSP Go for Sony's "Whatchamacallit" service either. I want to play games, and the PSP-3000 does just that.

It's a smart move though, it will sell quite a bit. The sales would bring in truck loads of profit for the gaming division. I don't agree with the price, but they got to do what they got to do to survive.

This guy is an analyst? Sony does not have a gun to my head forcing me to buy a psp go. An informed and educated consumer will do their due diligence before making any purchase, if they feel that the content provided by the psp go is worth the initial $250, they buy, if not, they don't. Its not an issue of ripping off anything.

Why take money earnt by the PSP and spend it on the system which loses them the most money? If it doesn't justify the extra investment on its own then why bother? Its like getting an athlete to run a treadmill to power the lifesupport of a fat no hope slob who wants to die anyway.

Yeah but the fat slob is what sells them the most software ;) However the PSP GO would have to sell software, unless it gets cracked quickly.

Umm, did I just defeat my own statement? OK, let's say the PS3 is the product Sony would probably like to focus more on.

The PS3 was kinda justify. 

I was talking about their other stuff.  Such as TV, Laptop, Steroes and Cell Phones.

I am sure that I won't be getting it, at least not for now. I got a PSP 3000 and returned it a week later because of the screen. The new PSP Go! doesn't have any significant new feature. And it won't play my UMDs, so why get it? The other thing is, I don't trust any of the videogame companies enough to buy a download-only device.

This guy's preschool, nursery rhyme style of analytical thinking is almost laughable. Its like saying: OMG McDonalds is coming out with a large size fry and they are charging $1.79 but they also sell medium fries for $1.39, they are obviously ripping off consumers because you can buy $1.39 fries and its profitable for them but the features of the $1.79 fries do not justify its price. This guy can do better.
