I am sure that I won't be getting it, at least not for now. I got a PSP 3000 and returned it a week later because of the screen. The new PSP Go! doesn't have any significant new feature. And it won't play my UMDs, so why get it? The other thing is, I don't trust any of the videogame companies enough to buy a download-only device.
