If that is a Dev Kit, then some studio is going to get into a crap load of trouble. I don't remember if the Wii Dek Kits can play retail games (I don't think they can) but those things are very trackable.

This isn't a devkit in the traditional sense, it's more af a debugging unit which uses a special Wii disc format. Allegedly this format is not usable on retail Wiis, and retail games do not work on this unit. More info here: http://assemblergames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11242
