First week into June, with E3 behind us. Let's look forward to the next crucial months in Gaming, with Microsoft, Sony and to some extent Nintendo set to release some blockbuster titles (no offense but there are no AAA nintendo titles set for fall 2009). This year Sony and Microsoft will do battle, they will release their biggest guns and they are set to surprise us.

With 3rd party games such as Modern Warfare 2, Assasins Creed 2, Splinter Cell Conviction, Bioshock 2, Dead Rising 2 and the list goes on..........We are all in for a treat.

For right now I think Nintendo has summer months June,July and August basically to itself in terms of sales.With the release of motion + and their three games that are bundle with on it will all have strong sales with of course Wii Sport Resort leading that charge.

Fall is different story as all consoles (IMAO) have a number of great games to drive up sales both exclusive and mutliplat. I expect this holiday season to biggest this generation in term of software moved.

Slight edge goes to Nintendo due to having a stronger summer lineup than the other two.

In terms of sales, Nintendo has the rest of the year pretty much on lock down.

NSMB Wii, Wii Sports Resort, Wii Fit Plus, M&S Winter Olympics and some decent third party exclusives and Monster Hunter 3 and Dragon Quest IX in Japan.
