It's understandable really. Valve should be able to release a new title whenever they want, and of course they can, but with MP focused titles there is normally a bigger gap between titles and you'll find a core set of gamers who feel they're being asked to move on before they believe they've gotten full value from the current title.

I'm a little surprised L4D2 was announced so soon myself, as on PC (so far am I'm aware) in most cases releasing a new iteration of a popular MP too close to the original hurt sales.



Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

As for your OP: "Seriously wish these people would fuck off and get a life, if Valve listen to these people and this game gets changed in any way shape or form I'll be pissed."

Saying "fuck off and get a life" to "these people" vs. a specific person is both still rude and bad behavior, at least that's how my parents, elders, teachers, and friends taught me. I'll never say "fuck off and get a life" to someone I want to be friends with (or maintain my friendship with), and I'll rather say it to people who I don't like, and frankly, are jerks in the first place.

You post an article that states "Thousands for fans of Left 4 Dead are pissed. Why ? Because Left 4 Dead 2 is coming out in a little under a year than its prequel and previous promises of L4D1 being a long lasting experience are not being met."
