Yeah I'm surprised by the reaction to Nintendo's E3.

They did a hell of alot better than last year, yet people still complain.

But I would probably be one of the people moaning if Nintendo showed Natal at E3, it'd just be another peripheral I'll have to buy. I'm not particularly happy with the WM+ either, but at least it'll come packed in with awesome games. I don't think natal (or Sony's Wands) will (launched by MS, Nintendo or Sony).

It's just as bad as people like Rol or maxwell saying that everything else is shit and M+ is the future. It's all based off of opinion, but some people would have you believe that it's fact.

when i say gamers, i mean generally, more than 50%, not just on this site, gaming sites as well, like Gamespot and so on....

Nintendo has shown WM+ last year (much more hardcore than Natal) and received so many negative comments...

I agree gaming media would have attacked Nintendo more than they already do for the same thing that they would praise Microsoft or Sony for. As likely as that is correct it's still purely speculation.

well....just because it was still the worst doesnt mean it wasnt made better for having it.

i think the tech would have been just as exciting to people regardless of where it came from.

Neither Sony nor Microsoft's motion gameplay solutions will ever catch on, their user bases are too diametrically oppossed to it, they're peripherals after the fact and they're expensive.

Couple this with the kind of casual games they're going to try and push to cash in on the Wii's market and you've virtually garanteed a failure.

As a fan of Nintendo, I would have loved if they had announced Natal as their own and MS and Sony were only introducing wii-remotes. it owuld mean that they are once again at the forefront of development. MS proves that they can also be innovative (or at least invest in the people who are innovative).

Bullshit, the only reason people like natal is because it's a technological wonder. Not because it's MS made.

Actually I was thinking that everyone on this site would be saying its the greatest thing in the world and how its gonna leave all competition in the dust.
