Is the Last Remnant a good game? How is the story, characters, music and combat system?

I don't know, but if you decide to buy it get the PC version if you can, because the PC version is far superior than the Xbox 360 version.

You really don't want my opinion. I only played the game for 2 or 3 hours.

the 1st 2 hours was enough for me before i traded back in. i will give you an 40percent chance of liking it.......try it urself first.

I absolutely hated it. Way too complicated when you start off... The demo was horrible.

dont buy it. the gameplay is repetitive and boring, the characters and the story are bad, the graphics are crappy (even on pc),etc. worst square rpg ever.

I played the game for about 2-3hours and could not play anymore as the gfx are awful, the characters seem very lifeless and the battle-system is completely uncoordinated and impossible to follow!

You guys probably played the game on the 360... because no, the graphics are not that bad. The gameplay is something to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, it gets quite addicting! And what to say about the music, it surprised me how good it was. o_O

Everyone not recommending the game only played 2-3 hours of it, so I guess it's not a good indication if you should get it or not. It gets quite interesting with all the sidequests later on and when you can have more than 2 groups fighting at the same time.
