Because I am a history nerd and as one I know that the red cross of the crusaders and the templar cross are two different things, the crusaders cross locks different from what I posted and doen´t look that much like the umbrella symbol... and yes templars crusaded too, not just to jerusalem though they had their fingers in a lot of stuff.
