There's been jumping in Zelda since the Adventures of Link.

Also, this looks like this could be a Minish Cap prequel.. First Zelda(Chronologically) ever? This could be the "Ocarina of Time" people want.

After all the bullshit TP got for being a "clone: to OoT I doubt Nintendo will ever do that again. Im totally fine with that too since fans bitch and moan about everything just let them do their own thing.

When I say "Ocarina of Time" I meant a revolutionary Zelda that gets a surge of 10's.

My mistake.
Well we will see.....

in that live blog thing he said something along the lines of, "when you are playing wii sports resort sword play and archery think about zelda"

i don't think sword play will be entirely absent.

Miyamoto was giving an example as to believe that you are Link when doing archery and swordplay in WiiSports Resort because that is how you will master that game if you had played Twilight Princess or Link's Crossbow Training.

@alfredo

Make a comparison with OoT adult Link.

Not much of a difference

Actually looks much more younger in the OoT artwork.

looks more like OoT Link..I'm a big Zelda fan..
and the hairstyle in the new image is OoT Link

only more mature...

and TP Link looks different..the only thing TP and new Link have incommon is probably clothing (the details)

Soriku....ever consider OoT Link looks younger also due to the art style?

After seeing the pic of the girl, the idea of her becoming his sword seems more and more appealing, she doesn't look organic

Not to mention:

- She is the same shade of metallic blue as the Master Sword

- Her legs look like the texturing of the Master Sword's hilt

- The diamond pendant resembles the shape of the diamond in Twilight Princess' Master Sword

- In the picture, she occupies the spot where you would expect the Master Sword's scabbard to be

All things considered, I'd say it's pretty safe to say that the girl IS the master sword brought to life.  It's "Samus is a GIRL!?" all over again!

Super World Cup Fighter II: Championship 2010 Edition

I know she's the damn weapon...and Soriku
I know he's younger..but the art style accentuates it..
he's not much younger than TP Link..and if you look at the water pencil drawings
(whatever they're called) from the booklet and official guides...Link looks just as old as TP Link

know what mildly pisses me off about the game?
Link is no longer a lefty...damnit

...they mirrored TP..and now Link isn't a lefty anymore...
this sucks

it was cool to have at least ONE left-handed Hero..
