..will 3 party studios port wii games to the ps3?

I think that is why both MS and Sony have decided to jump on board with motion devices. All of these Wii games going exclusive for motion has to be a scary deal. If everything goes right, PS3 will be lead platform for every game after it gets this new setup, and Wii games will become even more irrelevent. Just imagaine, PS3 games like Tiger Woods having better motion, better audio, graphics, and more content. Then the Wii game gets scaled back from there.

Only if the PS3 motion controller will sell for $20 or less. And there is a slim chance of that.
Otherwise, i doubt it will have a decent enough attach rate to grant decent sales.

Exactly.  You will not see the PS3 become the lead platform for such games either as the install base isn't as high, and this device will not even be with a large percentage of that install base.

bundles would be the answer to this problem.
