Hell if anything a Wii game is getting more and more likely. Atlus' latest announcements were Trauma Team and Shiren 3 localization (which nobody had the balls to do until now!) both on Wii. At E3 all they announced for the HD consoles was an XBL/PSN game.

To me they're trying to build a fanbase on Wii.

It's got nothing to do even with console arguements... so much as we're supposed to believe that some guy... who wasn't even given a name... is willing to mention something about Persona 5....

and yet the same guy doesn't even know the system.

I'd say the odds are something like 70% They made it up.  29% Someone tricked them who didn't work for Atlus just to fuck with someone.  1% legitamite.

AND that this was Atlus USA anyway... and as previous interviews tend to show... Atlus USA is a lot in the dark as to what Atlus JPN does.

Seriously, Soriku, don't speculate with that, it holds no sustent. We all know you'd love Persona 5 on Wii (dunno why since you never even played a SMT game, dunno what the hell are you waiting for), no need to tell us every time

At least, play Persona 3 or 4 before...

Not really..when companies pick up publishing rights to games its usually they feel the demand for them is enough to score some profit

Yeah, yeah...you even had a P4 avatar back then when it was releasing...and still no Personas....

That you're prioritizing other games over P3 and P4 shows two things:

-That you need to set your priorities straight

-That you don't deserve to hype P5

This and Suikoden VI are the only two games that will really push me to get a PS3 for more then $300 at this point.

I wouldn't be surprised to see this go PS2, PSP or even DS. Atlus is not a large company when it comes to financials, and those two systems are really cheap to put out for. I don't know how much more it costs to develop for the Wii but that also might be a good choice since It's the "next gen" leader in hardware sales. If it goes to the 360 I would be very happy but I'm not counting on it.
