E3 has bought us the Good, the Bad, and just the pathetic...the pathetic being related to some of the worst stupidty i have ever seen on this site, so i come up with a list of some stupid stuff that that needs to come to an end:

1. METAL GEAR SOLID - I thought I would start here, since its the first wave of nonsense to wave of nonsense to hit us duing the E3 uprising.

- MGS:R ISNT A " REAL" MGS - This comes from some of my fellow members at SONY CAMP...guys get over it...MGS has has found its way to 360, im not happy about it, your not happy about it, and rumors say KOJIMA isnt either...but guess its going to happen. Ive been seeing alot of MGSR isnt a real MGS it a "spinoff" 360 isnt getting a " real MGS"..first off MGS:R is not a spinoff a spinoff is a series born from a existing series but is not related to it, so as long as it takes place in the series timeline its is NOT a spinoff MGS Acid and VR missions are the only spinoffs is the MG franchise. its comming to 360 get over it.

- MGS:R IS CONFIRMED FOR PS3!!!..OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN - WE KNOW!!!!, is pretty stupid that anybody would think that it wasnt, we dont need 10 articles from twitter telling us the obvious, but i do love how the thread makers act like they just owned..hilarious. from this point on we should be allowed to troll any MGS articles about this

- KOJIMA BETRAYED US AND IM QUITTING CONSOLE GAMMING!!! - no he didnt..and you dont have to quit console gamming emo..KONAMI is a company that wants money..KOJIMA is big but hes apparently cant stop them as he said already..this decision is not KOJIMA's doing so dont blame him

2. FINAL FANTASY XIV - FFXIV has been annouced before we even get to play 13 and VS, but with this huge annouced brings huge amounts of crazynest.

- FFXIV IS NOT EXCLUSIVE...PC TOO OR ITS ONLINE...MEH - this actually the oposite to the "MGS:R is not a real MGS" thing..once agian get over it...This is a console war and the war includes PS3,360 and Wii,...who cares about PC...this is like trying to day MGS4 isnt exclusive or better yet HALO.. seriously like the MGS:R complaint this is a pathetic atemp to downgrade a game that if was comming to ur your pefered console exclusively you be doin backflips for...is exclusive to PS3 get over it.

- DONT LET HISTORY REPEAT ITSELF SONY CAMP - as of now its exclsusive to the PS3...so was FF13..i suggest you wait till you get pumped so you dont look like a fool we it jumps b4 its out..i say play it safely.

3. SONY AND MS MOTION CONTROLS - this is most annoying part of the E3 IMO

- SONY AND MS COPIED NINTENDO - This one is kinda hard to explain.did they copy NINTENDO yes, but technically no, they are responding to a trend that has been excepted by the market. IPONE started the touchscreen format and others companies followed why?? not becuase they intended to copy APPLE but becuase touchscreens are now the new trend for phones and if you dont have you are basically handicapping yourself same thing with Blue RAY if DVD is still your format your behind. in order to keep up you need to follow the market has excepted and in this case its motion controls which next gen i expect to to thee big 3 with a controller(sixaxsis, classic, and 360 one) and a motion control. and another thing NINTENDO didnt start motion controls they were just the first to capitalize on.

- SONY AND MS MOTION CONTROLS WILL FAIL - they have potential to fail..just like any non standard periphrial it alls depends on how they market and sell for example what if when KZ3 came out it was bundled with SONY mote or COD that wouldnt help it atract some atention. what is Forza 4 came with NATAL?. I honestly dont belive MS and SONY would waste time with these divices if they didnt have ideas to use them. i mean SONY and MS could say that all first party games by mandatory have to be compatible or set up differnt groups to fous only on making motion controls games theres tons of ways they can succeed, they dont have to win the motion war just get enough to set them up for next gen outing...they are both far from automatic fail

I feel great getting these off my chest, becuase they are all quite frankly pretty dumb and fanboyism at its worst moments. This is the first time i wanted to just slap all 3 camps...can we put these to rest plz and move on???( especially MGS:R or KOJIMA in gerneral I sick of them)

1. While Kojima never said (I think...) that Rising is a spinoff, he did adamantly say in the Sony conference that the PSP MGS isn't a spinoff (I forgot if we used the phrase "true sequel"). We do know that Kojima and his MGS4 team will work on the PSP version.

While I don't have enough personal knowledge and research (I hear people talking about the Famitsu interview) I think it's at least arguable whether or not Rising is a spinoff or "not a true MGS" sequel.

2. We know it's on PC, people just use "exclusive" out of convenience. I do agree that there is a double standard, and hypocrisy when some Sony fanboys (and the same with some Microsoft fanboys) say the exact same thing as you said. However, I think most rational Sony and Microsoft fans/fanboys know beforehand when a game is going to be on the PC or not.

As for FFXIV not being exclusive, you and I have no conclusive evidence, only suspicion, common sense, and history, all of which are not 100% objective proof. MGS4 turned out to not be ported to the 360, so not all "obvious" things happen.

3. I do think it's undeniable that the motion controls from Sony and Microsoft were an RESPONSE to Nintendo's success. I don't think Nintendo fanboys argue that motion control were invented by Nintendo. However Nintendo were the first to come out with a Wiimote.

As for statements such as "MS/Sony will fail" I do agree that it's not objective fact that either will, however I don't think that those people meant it as objective fact, it's obvious that they were writing opinion pieces.
