They rushed those copies thats all. And didn't expect the discs to move around while it was being transported to the states.

If you bought the limited edition version in the EU you may be surprised to find that you now have 2 copies of the game disk and not the game disk + extras disk.
For those claiming this made up by Sony fanboys it is worth noting that MS have admitted there is a problem and are offering to replace the disks free of charge.

In this case the publisher (Microsoft) put together special packaging for limited edition games and chose really poor packaging. To their credit they'll replace the disc for free if it got loose.

But I get it. Because I know if this happened to Something like Heavenly Sword, Motorstorm, Resistance, MGS4, or any other high profile PS3 game, it would be non-news also.
