I know that, but much like Demon's Soul was developed by From Software and had help from SCEI, this is developed by United Front Game and is being helped by SCE San Diego. SCE owns both IPs.

^ Yeah Sony most likely owns the IP like they do for almost all Sony funded games except for Heavy Rain

I know they own the Demon's Soul IP and I'm 90% sure they own Mod Nation Racers

I don't think they're co developing Heavy Rain, but it's interesting that they don't own that IP though.

Quantic Dream (developers of Heavy Rain) signed a contract with Sony giving Heavy Rain PS3 Exclusivity but in the contract it stated that the Heavy Rain IP belonged to Quantic Dream and not to Sony. They wanted to hold onto the IP so only they could produce or give the green light to possible sequels.

It was my favorite thing at E3, probably.

Oh I know the HR IP belongs to QD, but I figure Sony would've learned their lesson with losing the Crash and Spyro IPs, I know they said they'll fund PSN games and the developers will keep their IP, but this is different, this is a full blown BD game, besides HR, I actually can't think of others since Crash and Spyro where Sony funded full blown games and the developer kept the IP....

I thought it looked fun. If I had a PS3, this game would be near the top of my list. 4 player split screen would be a must.

Past Avatar picture!!!

Don't forget your helmet there, Master Chief!

Mod Nation Racers is like Mario Kart meets LittleBigPlanet, nothing wrong with that...

The best appeal for me is the content creation (since a kid i created racing tracks for fun), but it would be awesome to add Sony characters to the equation, i would play with Drake or the Helghast jajajajaja...
