I'm always baffled by these numbers, being someone who doesn't care much about realistic racers or cars :)

I mean, you would need 200 hours just to test each of these cars for 15 minutes each... combine the handling of each car on the different tracks, and it's an insane amout of choice. A completionist suffering of OCD would wither and die playing it.

What is the appeal in that for a car lover, exactly? Is it that by having so many cars it's more likely you'll find some you already know and love?

i dont think we know how many cars gt5 will have, but the psp version will have 800.

Rumor says more than half of dozen hundreds cars and almost almost eight dozen tracks.

People guessing around 650+ cars and almost 96 tracks.

I thought it was confirmed the final game would have 900+ cars????

And doesn't the PSP version have 800+???

GT5P I didnt think Forza 3 would compete graphically but it may just. GT5 though seems even better. It has been over a year since prologue though.
