The damage done to legends like Crash & Sonic are irreparable. (yes Mario & Sonic at the olympics sold because it had mario in the title not sonic)

As much as I hate to say it, you are right, the brand of Crash Bandicoot has been tarnished ever since it was released from Naughty Dog... It would be nice to have the good old games back, but unfortunately those days are long gone...
