Just watched the Nintendo Channel trailer on the HD, and I have to say I think I'll like it better than Silent Hill 5. Story looks interesting, graphics are not too bad for a Wii game. Very cool sequence at the end of the trailer, of the town crumbling. But yeah, interesting looking game, that is supposed to have interesting controls. Plus its horror so I have to get it.

As far as other horror trailers:

Dead Space looked OK, but not too scary or anything.

Resident Evil looked cheesey, but fun.

Cursed Mountain, seemed like zombie mania, could be good, not too sure.

Shimizu's game, sadly no trailer.

But Silent Hill of the ones that are on it now, is THE game I'm looking forward to. (aside form New Super Mario Bros)

Last year's game of the year turned out to be Silent Hill : Shattered Memories (online GOTY was COD 6). This year's GOTY leader to me is Heavy Rain.

I'm excited for this game but, yeah, Silent Hill 4 wasn't all that great so let's not get too carried away. But even if it scored in the 70's I'm getting this game.

it was crap indeed.

origins as well was not so hot, and i bought psp specifically for it.

isnt this one supposed to be less combat heavy? i thought i heard that. my problem with their other two were the overdose of combat.

after snagging 5 on first day i will wait for reviews, but i have high hopes

I saw the demo on IGN, and I'm very excited for this game. Great presentation, great immersion, and lots of running like a scared little rabbit!

ON-rails are not that scary. Silent Hill is probably the most scariest game coming out on the Wii in NA this year. Cursed Mountain could be scarier if the music fits the mood. Resident Evil and Dead Space are not scary at all.
