Bomberman Zero for the 360 is the lowest current gen game I can think of, though I think it averaged somewhere in the low 30's.

I like to use metacritic over one review site so i can see what a bunch of people think. It's nice to know what one review might overlook compared to others.

As for games i expect over 90.

Just SSBB and Galaxy.

I will say Mario Galaxy, SSMB, Zack and Wicki, Red Steel 2, Medal of Honor Heroes, and I will dip into next year and say Mario Kart. Oh and that silly dancing game.

 You mean DDR? And wait, Red Steel 2 is both offical and coming out later this year?

 QFT. Based on IGN's previews, I would say these are 9.0 or above titles. Plus, Battalion Wars 2, Guitar Hero3, SMG, SSBB and maybe Rayman Raving Rabbids 2.
