Not to mention that we're talking about worldwide sales, and those preorder numbers are just for USA, right?

I think the first round of sales numbers are going to be skewed. With the Limited edition having widespread scratched disc issues, I wouldn't put it past MS to count the replacements done in store as another sale, just like they have done with the 360.
So what do you win if your prefered console sells more than another?
