Forums - Sony - What can sony do now to win E3?

my answer: lots and lots of new games and mabe Halo reach for ps3

there's no way they can beat Natal and nintendo did show up some new games

discuss

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

Natal isnt worth anything untill they show some good games using it. Nintendo's conference was average.

It's in your hands now, Sony.

By showing and announcing a lot of games, which they will. And more info on the 3D gaming they showed back at CES.

we will know in 3 hours times

well i dont think its that important to win E3 as you dont win anything.

it just gives you an idea on where your console of choice is going to offer you.

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

PSN: Skeeuk - XBL: SkeeUK - PC: Skeeuk

really miss the VGCHARTZ of 2008 - 2013...

Natal didn't do much for me, but MS did show alot of good game (albeit multiplats) so I would say Sony would have to show alot of good exclusives and announce a few as well. Maybe show Mass effect 2 for PS3 (that was oddly missing out of the MS conference). Too bad Sony CAN'T win (in my eyes), Nintendo won for sure. They showed another Metroid in 2.5D. That right there brings back memories of my #1 favorite game EVAR, Super Metroid. Unless it's multi plat, I can't see Sony pulling things big enough to win.

Hey, does anybody know if the Sony conference will be played on Home? Wasn't that one of the big draws about home? I rather watch it on my HD tv than on my pc.

but you got to admit the demo was way superior then wii motion plus, I mean the girl showing it was actually moving not just waggling her wrist, that's the only reason I thibk It will be big, but I don't expect it to be used in more complexe games, but it will most likely be in boxing, fighting, driving games

Natal wasnt brilliant. Afterall its going to be $200 so its proabably out of most peopls reach financially. Nintendo announced a new Mario. I think Gran Turismo 5 is all that is required.

The following is what the playstation blog details about e3 coverage in home

E3 Comes to PlayStation Home

Posted by Locust_Star // PlayStation Home Online Community Specialist

In case you haven’t noticed, the almighty Internets have been abuzz with gossip about E3, PlayStation Home, and where the two will meet. Well I’m here to put the rumors to rest once and for all, and confirm what the community has been whispering about in the corners of Home over the last month.

Here’s the deal: We will be showcasing a special taping of Jack Tretton’s E3 Keynote Address in-world come Tuesday evening. We’ll also be bringing you tons of showroom floor footage, developer interviews, sneak peeks, and other cool vids courtesy of our friends over here at the PlayStation.Blog. All you have to do is head over to the Presentation Podium to watch it on the big screen. This special Events space is accessible via the Menu Pad – just press Start > Locations > World Map then select the PlayStation Home World Map chip and press X. This will break out into several other chips; just scroll over to the Presentation Podium chip, press X, and teleport your self to the party.

This shindig is running for the entirety of E3. That’s right – 3 full days. So whether you’re a morning bird or a night owl, you can come into PlayStation Home and check out this hot footage. We’ll also be giving away limited-time, exclusive virtual items. But you’ll have to keep your eyes peeled and make sure that you are in-world all-day, every day if you want to get them all…

Thanks skip. It would have been cool to watch the E3 conference live from home. You know, the way Sony said they was gonna do before Home came out.
