AWESOME Cinematic!

This looks amazing...really amazing, but I am so disappointed at what this is becoming. It would have been proper to finish the storyline with a 360 release and then follow up with this.

I am a big fan of The Old Republic, but I will not participate in this. I tried to get into World of Warcraft and I just could not. Sim City was really the only game I enjoyed playing on PC.

I'm not sure I want to get roped into an MMO either.  This is the first one for which I have a serious potential interest though.  But I definately would have prefered they did another KotOR over this.

Only company that can go toe to toe against Blizzard on RPGs is BioWare so let's see how this turns out. I might pick it up depending on how it turns out. Currently it's on "we'll see" status, they mentioned something about micro-transactions which completely ticked me off some time ago.

That looks epic. Will definitely keep my eye on this.

I have always said I won't pay a monthly fee to play a game. however, this is freakin' awesome!

All of you constantly whineing you can't play kotor 3... meh.  I'll be busy playing kotor 3-8 in mmo form.  Bioware seems to be meshing the awesomeness of single player into the mmo fold in this game.  Hope it turns out as good as it looks.  Most of the people not excited about this havnt actually done any research on it.  They just bitch because they want their single player kotor 3.

I don't think its "bitching" to say one would prefer to have seen KotOR3 ahead of another Star Wars MMO.  There may be some reasons you are not taking into account.  For instance, many adult gamers don't have the time to devote to the typical MMO experience.  When you buy a single player adventure you can play it at your own pace over time due to one's possibly hectic schedule.  This is a reason for instance Oblivion or Fallout 3 are more appealing choices to me over WoW or Everquest.  Now if anyone cal pull off an MMO I might consider, surely its Bioware.  We'll just have to wait and see.  Certainly, since I am the OP of this thread, I obviously find the trailer compelling.
