No release date for SMG2? And Metroid in 2010? The only new game they showed that will be comming out this year (certain) is the new Super Mario Bros. 2D game. I'll admit that this E3 was miles better than last year.
Golden sun...that's the only awesome news for me, the rest is jut rehashes of existing franchises that I've never cared about...apart from that...were the fuck is new IP....seriously Nintendo talks about innovation but so far they've created no new meaningful hardcore IP....ah well it's there loss, now if I could only sell me wii.
I've got to say though, thie time round Nintendo had a good showing, way better then last year, but then again anything is better than what they had last, although I've got to say that Microsofts show has edged out the Nintendo, but only by a little...now it's time for Sony...will they pull out the big guns?

New Mario and Luigi RPG, SMG2, NSMB Wii and Metroid.
Very good. Surprising that Miyamoto wasn't there and they still did extremely well.
I'm very excited now, surprisingly not so much with NSMB Wii though, they tried this coop thing with the DS game via Mario VS Luigi and it wasn't that fun. Maybe a game built around this concept will do better.
I'm not so sure how this Metroid game will go down though, looked part (most part) 3rd person action (Team Ninja style) but had some 1st person aspects (Retro studios style). I'd be worried if it wasn't Nintendo.
I give this conference an 8/10. Very well done. Much better than last year, even with Cammie. I was getting worried that she had a lot of the stage time, but she did okay with NSMBWii and Mario & Luigi RPG. Will definitely be plugging my Wii back to my TV now (It's not there, not because I hate the Wii, but I moved it recently and just couldn't be bothered putting it back).

Better than MS, I mean they actually showed completely unexpected things.
Wii Vitality Sensor could have some nice applications, but they should have shown what's possible with it.

Overall I think it was a good conference, definitely better then last year, so far the conferences of the big 3 have been good, but not "mind blowing"
...Being good was the best I could ask for, so I'm happy. =)
The Interweb is about overreaction, this is what makes it great!
