GameSpot really seemed to work for me. Relatively low quality, but zero lag/buffering issues. Silky smooth.

Last year it was on the Nintendo Channel after a few hours.

Other than that I'm sure you can find it at IGN and plent of other sites, maybe even here. But VGC's angle/quality (sorry guys) isn't as good.
