honestly I'm not impressed, this matches GT5:P, barely. Look at the wheels when they spin. That looks bad.

This has no chance against GT5.

Still its a damn good looking racing game. EA is screwed in the race for top racing game.

Well, actually, considering that this game has full damage models, it just seems to me, that it is vastly superior to GT5:P(So does ANY game with damage models, imo)...

In fact, I'd probably be willing to compare this to the final GT product. It would be difficult to determine a winner, I'd wager. Especially considering that in my opinion, it is all perception, and if you can barely tell a winner via screenshot, in a double blind taste test of the actual gameplay, the split would lie around 50/50 I'd wager.

IMO, we get these perceptions in our head, and then look for things to justify them. Like in this case, I would have guessed that "There is no way Forza could match GT:P graphically, NO WAY." When I first saw the game, I started looking for stuff, like "Oh those backgrounds are blurry" ect.

I think it is all perception, and it is impossible to tell which game has better graphics. The only thing we can agree on is...they both have very good graphics.

Haha...look at the wheels when they spin. Unless you have some crazy camera angle or are watching replays, you're not going to see the wheels spinning. You're either inside the car or have the camera behind your car.

ok so you can't see the AI's cars then?

Listen Guy...when I'm playing a racing game, I'm usually way too busy racing and staying on the track to notice the AI's wheels spinning. Plus I'm usually in the lead and all i can see is the front of their car if i check my rear view mirror.

I thought the wheels looked good....but I think they most certainly DIDN'T look bad, IMHO. Nothing in this amazing game looks bad. It might get really high reviews, lol.
