Forums - Microsoft - We can judge the Xbox360 LineUp. Now.

Very Very solid. Splinter cell looked better than i thought and alan wake looked worse than i thought....overall, a very well rounded lineup....throw in FF13 and its a lineup any gamer should enjoy....just missing a great third person action game like Uncharted or God of War...but the Racer, the third person espionage, RPG, and shooter genre are all acounted for id say.

EDIT: Sorry forgot crackdown 2 .... thats one average action game i think.

This line-up mainly consists of action games,

it could be better balanced with more diversity in genre's,

but it fits the Xbox well.

''Hadouken!''

09 still looks weak but 2010 is looking to be one of the greatest.

Where is Dead Rising 2 in that list (I guess it's because it's coming out for PC as well)? Other than that, it looks quite good. With just Splinter Cell: Conviction I'd be happy!

Let's just say it's an excellent time to be a gamer... and also time to collect some money! @_@

Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

It's just that the 2009 lineup looks pretty weak. Some good multi-plat games but there are only a few great exclusives.

"Pier was a chef, a gifted and respected chef who made millions selling his dishes to the residents of New York City and Boston, he even had a famous jingle playing in those cities that everyone knew by heart. He also had a restaurant in Los Angeles, but not expecting LA to have such a massive population he only used his name on that restaurant and left it to his least capable and cheapest chefs. While his New York restaurant sold kobe beef for $100 and his Boston restaurant sold lobster for $50, his LA restaurant sold cheap hotdogs for $30. Initially these hot dogs sold fairly well because residents of los angeles were starving for good food and hoped that the famous name would denote a high quality, but most were disappointed with what they ate. Seeing the success of his cheap hot dogs in LA, Pier thought "why bother giving Los Angeles quality meats when I can oversell them on cheap hotdogs forever, and since I don't care about the product anyways, why bother advertising them? So Pier continued to only sell cheap hotdogs in LA and was surprised to see that they no longer sold. Pier's conclusion? Residents of Los Angeles don't like food."

"The so-called "hardcore" gamer is a marketing brainwashed, innovation shunting, self-righteous idiot who pays videogame makers far too much money than what is delivered."

Solid, nothing that makes me really excited.

Nothing to sneeze at though. Yeah, they are milking franchises, but they are certainly not the worst offenders of that (I'm looking at you Nintendo, better have something new)

I am a Gauntlet Adventurer.

I strive to improve my living conditions by hoarding gold, food, and sometimes keys and potions. I love adventure, fighting, and particularly winning - especially when there's a prize at stake. I occasionally get lost inside buildings and can't find the exit. I need food badly. What Video Game Character Are You?

I know I'm a fanboy, halo not 360, but E3 is pretty much over for me with Halo: Reach. Only game I get really excited for. Forza 3 excites me but not as much as Halo. Also looking forward to Alan Wake. 360 just needs a good WRPG this December and I'm more than satisfied.

Another bizarre fanboy comment (it's in the hundreds on this site in the last hour)....i think I should take a break from the internet

3 Ratchet games in 2 years, God Of War 3, Uncharted 2, GT5, Pixeljunk 4, NG Sigma 2, LBP 2....but only MS and Nintendo milk their franchises??

Being in 2nd feels so much better than being in 3rd

Really nice line up
