Natal is the beginning of the technology on the Xbox...So many of you people are freaking blind...it's for casual gamers...blah blah blah...that's like the famous quote...why would you ever need more than 640 KB of memory. M$ spend a TON of money on this in R&D, and some of us have been trying to point that out from their financial reports. This tech will really come into it's own for the next console, but in THIS console it's a great frist step to show how the tech can be integrated into gaming. People have to remember that M$ is an iterative company...boring, but iterative.

well, I wanna see the next one, this one isn't impressing me.

Too bad...there's always PS3 and Wii to impress you.

tbh I want to see what they'd come up with next, I'm personally gonna look right past Natal, if they can make something kick ass after this, all the better. I don't hate it, just not impressed.

o_O; whoa?

The concept is cool but with no games and no compatibility with the rest of the 360's library it becomes sort of useless. It would have been different if they had said that it was compatible with that flurry of games announced like Crackdown 2, Halo 3 ODST, Left 4 Dead 2, MGSR, etc. but it looks like a secondary wiimote at best.

I fail understand how anyone can't be impressed by this.  The implications of this are unreal.  At this point, Sony and Nintendo might as well cancel their press conferences.  MS just owned.  If you take the 10 biggest megatons of all time combined and compare that to this, it would be like comparing a candle to a hydrogen bomb.  Given we knew the controller was coming, but the way they used it was unbelievable.

It looks awesome
