I will say if it isn't announced at the Microsoft Keynote, or today I am ready to put the rumor to rest for good.
Metal Gear Solid would be a welcome addition to the 360. But it is a massively overated franchise. Mass Effects storytelling is a big lesson that Kojima could learn from.
On another note, would it really matter if MGS4 on the 360 consisted of 6 discs? The PS3 version has frequent mandatory installations which take several minutes each. It would be much quicker to switch DVDs than waiting for those multiple installations. Frankly I think PS3 owners only embarrass themselves by bringing up this issue.
As for whether this happens or not, I don't know. It depends on a lot of stuff we don't know. It's obviously possible, given that past MGS games have been on several consoles, but who knows what goes on behind the scenes.

If we don`t hear nothing today at E3,I`ll let go of mgs4 on 360 for good (it`s a 1 year old game,it`s on the net,it`s old).
Mass Effect is a great franchise,love it. Too bad MS did not buy the ME team instead of all Bioware and have Mass Effect franchise as exclusive...it`s on Pc also and we know Pc is the home of pirates and ps3 fans that hate the 360.

Splinter Cell: Conviction is enough for the 360 stealth fans. MGS is a nice franchise but is built with the Playstation architecture in mind.

Yeah, those installs are stupid, but personally, I am lazy enough to prefer staying seated rather than getting up.... but it is certainly not a big reason against the game coming to 360. What I don't get is how it is so big, it is not exactly the longest game ever
Compressed, and then you don't have to worry about switching discs. You can just install it to the 360 HD

Even with the compression im pretty sure the game is over 25 GB
