Nah, I didn't lose, something's wrong with the Nº 4 rule. It wasn't "and/or" I'm 100% sure it was "and". Too bad we don't have the last time of edit, because I would swear to God something was changed there, I wouldn't have accepted, those rules are clearly on his favour. Good try though.

@Rol: I took long enough because I was reading throughout all the thread to make sure what I was saying is true. The bad thing is you did edit that post, because you took long enough to post it after you claimed you won.
I'm not getting aways with this, of course I am, since I won, you should just accept that. There's no way you would win with only just 1 game released, it was both ones plus a new one. My main point was that only 2 games were going to get released, and I remember as if it was yesterday.
There's no Nintendo hatred from my side, far from it.

No, you lose. It only state that you win in only WSR ande Punch-Out are the only games published. Since Excitebots exist, you lose.
However, these two new games would not count to the victory since they wont come out until after the deadline. However, it only took one game for you to lose. Of course, it was no easy win since only Excitebots came out in the first half of 2009.

Well, then I still remember you would win only if a new game on top of the two was released, it wasn't 1 or the other, and I'm more than 100% sure. But the whole community will try to make me look bad and you got most of the people on your side, so I guess no matter what I will be seen as the lier.
I wouldnt be claiming I won if I knew I'd lost. Somehow I know that was changed, but I can't prove it, and neither can you. Bets should always have its ruled set by a third party, most preferrably a Mod, or at least the site should allow us to see the time of edit.
