I agree with this, BUT if you take away the HUD from Kingdom hearts, it'd look like a god of war ripoff for kids.

So don't think that this game won't be an action-RPG.


But I agree it looks bad, aside from the now overcrowed hack and slash market, a "mature" (in the sense of gore. KH was plenty mature in terms of the messages it was sending) hack n slash may not be a good business move. Also, given that FF13 VS is action rpg as well AND of course KH, S-E looks like it'll be making a game that'll not only be forced into a crowded market but also be forced into the shadows of its high profile relatives.
