Remember how people thought that Tornado Outbreak was Kojima's next game, well it doesn't look that way. The game is called Zephyr: Rise of the Elementals, even that gamefly link shows the new title. It's made by Loose Cannon Studios, formed by 2 former Sucker Punch Productions employees. The game looks like katamari damacy with a tornado.
