Forums - Microsoft - Redmond Announces 30 Million Consoles Sold Worldwide

I'm talking about the original Xbox. The guys that are still faithfully playing Halo 2 and Battlefield.

Oh, are you referring to the Xbox Live on the PC?

But people are still playing it. Enough to make a top ten most played original Xbox online game list every week.

So that's something. (Note: I wasn't trying to say they make up a majority, just that I wouldn't be surprised if they wanted to inflate the number as every company does)

Yes...But what i'm trying to point out outlaw is that Halo 2 and BattleField can be played on the Xbox 360....XBox 360 has a ton of Xbox originals that you can buy as digital games...And unless they stopped supporting it Games like Halo 2 are playable as their original Xbox disc...

Yes, but why would anyone pay $50 to play Halo 2 online when they could play much better 360 titles.

Ok Outlaw...you asked so I wil answer...I want the record to show that I only brought out the following to answer a question...It's Halo outlaw....it's Halo

MS was not stupid and made sure that their existing fan base during the e3 2005 would want to trnsist to 360 by making it BC

Bah. But there's two Halo (soon to be three) titles already on 360.
