My friend brought SF4 over and it was as laggy as hell, I was going to buy SF4 anyway but it seems the problem is more widespread than I thought.

People quitting ranked matches just before they were about to lose the match is what annoyed me the most.

I have sold it now, but will pick it back up in a few months time when hopefully it will be only genuine SF fans still playing it online. (who don't quit)

Oh I thought the lag was the problem , isn't it ?. I didn't get the chance to play against online players I didn't know we just did friends vs friends online.

Have the game but seem to have to seem to have the problems you guys have with online, except with the people quitting matches.

Oh, and yes, online suffered lots of slowdown and teleport glitches too, made for some very messy matches.

Are you using WiFi?

Lag is not the major problem.

FINDING A MATCH is the huge problem in SF4.

Lag wasn't the problem for me, it was everyone being Ryu/Ken and only being able to competitive if you were one those two.

I considered myself lucky any time I found someone that wasn't playing Ryu, Ken, or one of the 10 other Ryu clones (but it was mainly the Ken players who annoyed the Hell out of me).

I don't get...I played 30 hours of SFIV on PSN in march and had no problem finding matches..Sure there some lag and the loser that disconnect....Yes Twestern it was nothing but Ken and some Ryu's...I showed the the power of Russia...
On the 360 I spent about 3 hours the other in championship mode and had no lack of people....Where are you playing from? have you factored in timezone?
