I didn't say everyone shouldn't expect something they want to ,I just don't want to put too much hope on a game that i didn't see any screenshots or trailers yet.
I may rise my expectation if i see more information about this game.:)

I'd rather them put their efforts into creating new and exciting experiences, not watered down HD games.

I can understand waiting for more assets to be known before getting really excited but their track record speaks highly. Excitement for a new Bethesda game without much knowledge of the game in general is warranted on the grounds of their previous body of work.

It's funny watching people who love Bethesda suddenly assuming that they will produce shit games because they're making it for the Wii.
Anyway, I'd be very interested in a Bethesda Wii release, I would really like a spinoff of Fallout tbh. I really like the style and feel of the game, but wasn't sold by the combat system
While I agree that this might have been better placed in the Gaming Section, I would bet money it is the Wii announcement.
The wave that Nintendo thought would come 6-12 months ago (which is why they didn't release anything) appears to be starting to happen.
Personally though, I would prefer something original rather than a port of a game from last generation or even this generation.

I also agree that this game if made would be closer to something like Redgaurd. Though I believe that Bethesda could pull off a huge WRPG style game(Daggerfall). Their styles doesn't strike me lie that.
Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
