It depends...really. In my specific case, I am in the market for a portable to replace my Ipod, and I had been angling for the follow-on Ipod Touch with a bigger memory to fit my needs, but I might be tempted to check out the Zune HD, especially if I can play XBLA games on it...and maybe keep my current Ipod...This squarely puts the bullseye on Apple to deliver a cost effective solution to stay ahead of the new Zune...just like what happened when the original Zune was released. Here's the thing tho...M$ is a iterative company, so you can rest assured that many of the flaws of the Zune will be corrected and will probably close some ground on the Ipod Touch...which isn't as entrenched as the Ipod was wrt music.

I have a 2nd gen zune...so ill sell that and buy a zune hd. simple as that...

I am getting one. Should be fun fiddling around with XNA and the touch screen stuff. The Live/Zune integration is gonna be neat as well. Lets see how far they are going to go with it at E3. I absolutely love the Zune software. The hardware is good too.

They are assuming it won't play games in that article. Microsoft only said more details about other things will be at E3

Im really hoping the games will come. XBLA and XNA would be amazing and the XBL integration should make it a dream come true!

I want to get one. The HD Radio and support of HD Radio features is awesome.

Netflix compatibility would make it a must have.
