Actually this is the best way to do it!!! because the high flucuations in tempereture it will crack the solder and thats what causes the RROD becasue the chips come off the motherboard. Stick it either in the Fridge for a few hours or the freezer just dont let it get wet while in there and then turn it on while its covered in towels.
