I don't know who locked it, but I can easily guess why it was locked.

If you have a problem with a mod decision e-mail/pm Naz, do not create a thread about it. If you have a problem with Naz, then talk with DKII has he is the site manager. If you have a problem with DKII, then talk with ioi. My bet is talking with Naz can easily resolve your problem.

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy
