ok last week, i got my PS3 and I am enjoying the experience...

but I have a question...

how can I connect to the internet using my PS3 when my internet connection requires a username and password before I can connect

I am not talking about PSN account(I already have one)

but the internet connection itself...

even in network setting... they don't have any options

ok... my internet connection requires my personal username and password to access the internet (my internet provider provides me with the username and password)

so whenever I connect to the internet using my computer, I always use my username and password because without it, I cannot connect to the internet...

I cannot connect to the internet using my PS3 since I don't know where to set the username and password...

Just buy a router or connect your PS3 to your modem thing (that's a wired connection to the internet, not wireless)

thats easy .. connection settings.. and you can set your internet setting and that stuff...password and username there..:D

Do you have Dial-up, b/c the user name and pass only occurs with Dial-up.
